Setting up your blog has way more options in Joomla4, and with the new Cassiopeia template. You can even select blogs based on tags.
Setting up a blog like this one, with 2 columns, and a boxed layout, can be achieved in the following manner:
- Create a menu
- Selecte category blog for Menu Item Type
- Select the category you need
- in the tab Blog Layout, select the Blog class for leadding articles, and the default blog class and enter 'boxed columns-2'
Now your blog is looking like this one!
